RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is a priority, and we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase for a refund or replacement. Return merchandise in NEW condition by prepaid mail.

 

Please contact us immediately if merchandise damaged.

 

 .          To process a return, please follow the steps below:

1.     Contact us by email at  valbertini@albertiniinternational.com   

2.     Return merchandise in “NEW” condition by prepaid mail. Sender is responsible for return shipping chargers.

3.     You will receive a refund within 10-14 business days AFTER we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

 

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. No exceptions.

Returns need to be sent back within 10 days of the item(s) being delivered to you. **We will use the date from the USPS tracking information link provided at time of shipment. ** After 10 days, we are not able to accept the return. The customer is responsible for shipping the return. We do not provide return labels.
